Freda graduated from University College Dublin and Dublin Institute of Technology before being admitted to the roll of solicitors in Ireland in 2006. She specialises in personal injury litigation*, including high value and complex litigation matters such as; catastrophic injuries, road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace, defamation and medical negligence*. Freda is particularly skilled in advising clients on these challenging areas to ensure that the most beneficial outcome is achieved for them.
Niamh studied law in University College Dublin and having graduated from Blackhall Place, she is a qualified solicitor in the jurisdictions of Ireland, England and Wales. With over ten years experience working in litigation, Niamh specialises in the areas of personal injury* and medical negligence litigation*. Niamh has acted for a significant number of clients obtaining high value awards in both contentious and non contentious claims. Niamh always works to obtain the best results for clients, either through an early settlement or through a full hearing, in as short a time as possible.
Agnieszka is a qualified solicitor in the jurisdictions of Ireland, England and Wales. She achieved a first class honours masters degree from University Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan before studying in Genova, Italy. Agnieszka has many years' Irish legal experience, particularly in personal injuries* litigation in a busy private practice and as aclaims handler with one of the biggest insurance companies in Ireland. She has a keen interest in civil litigation, personal injuries* and human rights law and is fluent in English and Polish and also speaks Italian.
Caroline is the office manager at O'Brien Murphy Solicitors. She joined the firm having completed a course in legal administration. Caroline deals with all administrative matters including the day to day running of the office, to ensure the needs of the firm are met with smooth efficiency. She is happy to deal with any general queries you might have.
